비즈니스 영작문 - 패턴연습 Ⅱ (YBM NET)

<도입부>

• I want to talk about (ex. topic) ~: ~(ex. topic)에 대해서 말씀 드리려고 한다.
• My talk will consist of ~: 발표는 ~으로 구성되었다.
• I plan to 동사원형: ~을 계획하다.
• I have a plan to 동사원형: ~을 계획하다.

• ex) 용산역 어떻게 가나요?에 대한 대답으로 okay, I will take a look at the map. 네, 지도를 제가 자세히 볼게요.
• fall sharply: 급격히 떨어지다. ↔ skyrocket

 

• I would like to close~: 마무리하겠다.
• Do you have~: ~있습니까?
• Do you have any questions or concerns? 질문이나 요청사항이 있습니까?
• I hope (that) S+V: ~하기를 바란다.
• That completes ~: ~을 다루다 (~을 마무리하다)

저는 우리가 어떻게 우리의 일을 개선할 수 있는지에 대해서 얘기하고 싶어요.

<organize>

• (어떤 일을) 준비[도직]하다 /영영사전: If you organize an event or activity, you make sure that the necessary arrangements are made. If you organize something that someone wants or needs, you make sure that it is provided.
• organize work: 일을 조직[준비]하다.
• to organize a meeting/party/trip: 회의/파티/여행을 준비[조직]하다.
• I'll invite people if you can organize food and drinks. 당신이 음식을 마련할 수 있으면 내가 사람들을 초대하겠어요.
• (특정한 순서, 구조로) 정리하다, 체계화[구조화]하다. /영영사전: If you organize a set of things, you arrange them in an ordered way or give them a structure.
• Modern computers can organize large amounts of data very quickly. 현대 컴퓨터는 많은 양의 데이터를 아주 빨리 정리한다.
• You should try and organize your time better. 당신의 시간을 좀 더 잘 체계화해 보도록 해야 한다.
• We do not fully understand how the brain is organized. 우리는 뇌의 구조가 어떻게 되어 있는지 완전히 이해하지는 못하고 있다.

<manage>

• (사업체, 팀, 조직 등을 맡아서) 운영[경영/관리/감독]하다. /영영사전: If you manage an organization, business, or system, or the people who work in it, you are responsible for controlling them.
• to manage a factory/bank/hotel/soccer team: 공장/은행/호텔을 운영[경영/관리]하다/ 축구팀을 운영[감독]하다.
• to manage a department/project: 부서/사업을 관리[운영]하다.
• We need people who are good at managing. 우리는 관리[운영]에 능한 사람들이 필요하다.
• (돈,시간,정보를 합리적으로) 처리[이용]하다. /영영사전: If you manage time, money, or other resources, you deal with them carefully and do not waste[낭비하다] them.
• Don't tell me how to manage my affairs. 내 문제를 어떻게 처리하라고 내게 말하지 마.
• a computer program that helps you manage data efficiently. 데이터의 효율적인 처리를 도와주는 컴퓨터 프로그램.
